Bidding starts online at 4:15 PM August 5, 2023 and starts soft closing at 6 PM Monday, August 21st @ 6PM MST. This auction is an online auction. Pick up is located in Caldwell Idaho at 2523 S 10th Ave. Suite 101. 

There will be a 4 hour Preview on Monday Aug. 21st 2023, from 12 noon to 4 PM MST.

There is a working business in the front of the store, (Humble Pie), enter for preview in the rear door. Signs will be posted.
